Replacement Policy
All physical products sold on Carnet Books are eligible for replacement in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Customers are requested to report any such issues within a specified period from the date of delivery.
How to request a replacement:
• Contact Customer Support through the form available on our Contact page within the applicable replacement window.
• The affected product or part may be picked up for verification.
• A replacement will be dispatched after successful verification, subject to availability.
Order Cancellation
• Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
• If an order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, customers must contact Customer Support immediately for assistance.
• Once an order is delivered, cancellations are not accepted. Replacements will be considered only in cases of genuine defects or damage.
Non-Eligible Cases
The following cases are not eligible for return or replacement:
• Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental or incidental damage after delivery
Refund Processing
• Approved cancellations or returns are processed within a defined number of business days.
• Refunds are initiated after cancellation confirmation or successful quality checks, as applicable.
• The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Mode of Refund
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
