Charges

The Platform offers free buyer membership. For exploring and making purchases on the Platform, Carnet Books Pvt Ltd does not charge any fees. The Fee Policy may occasionally be modified by Carnet Books Pvt Ltd. Carnet Books Pvt Ltd has the exclusive discretion to add new services and change some or all of the ones already provided on the Platform. In such a scenario, Carnet Books Pvt Ltd has the right to introduce fees for newly supplied services or, as the case may be, to amend/introduce prices for currently offered services. Any modifications to the Fee Policy must be placed on the Platform, and once they are there, they automatically take effect.

Use of Website

4. Please do not accept the order if it is not in proper condition. once accepted, we will not be responsible.
5. For any query feel free to contact us and we do appreciate your feedback in order to improve our services, packaging, style etc.
6. We are not responsible for any damage to the items while they get transit to the buyers due to rain, sunlight, heat, and so on. however, precautions will be taken while packaging the products.
7. If the confirmed order is getting rejected by the consumer after the dispatch of products from the manufacturer for any reason or the order is getting rejected due to non-deliverance, such orders shall be treated as fulfilled orders.
8. During festive seasons, orders might get dispatched late. so, it is requested to co-operate accordingly.
9. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, and political disruptions. other unforeseen circumstances. in such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. please check your emails for such updates

If you have any complaint about of product then we are responsible for that. But normal charges of return carriers must be payable by the customer. We are not responsible for that. Customer satisfaction is our main motto. So, you should believe in us and our products.
